Why Your Business Must Stop Producing SMART Goals and Start Creating CLEAR Goals
The key to injecting growth into your business is simple.
You need a clear direction (focus) and a little creativity (vision) to make it happen.
But a series of SMART goals won’t work. Why? Because although they sound SMART, these goals are:
Senseless Minutia Against Random Tasks
It’s not that SMART goals are bad, but you can create hundreds of SMART goals that sound great, but they lack the clarity on the ultimate outcome.
Ask yourself, “Does everyone on my team or in my organization know what ultimate outcome we’re trying to achieve?”
If not, no amount of SMART goals will help you progress towards the ultimate objective.
When creating goals, ask yourself:
1/ What is the ultimate outcome?
What are you trying to achieve?

2/ Who is the ultimate customer?
Who are you trying to WOW?
