Why Chronic Low-Level Anxiety Is Killing You And How To Manage It

We’ve become a society that’s always anxious.
The odd part is, most anxieties can’t be traced to a triggering event, known as chronic low-level anxiety. We’re anxious for no reason. It’s become a part of who you are.
As you live in an always anxious state, it negatively affects your life and the people who are on the journey with you.
Chronic low-level anxiety deteriorates your mind and body.
Being anxious dramatically decreases your quality of life.
You’re always running from a tiger that’s never going to eat you. The constant stress impacts your physical, mental, and emotional health. These are the signs of chronic stress:
- Poor sleep.
- Digestive issues.
- Behavioral changes.
- Irritable.
- Always worried.
- Substance abuse.
Over time you begin to wear out your mind and body, which begins to deteriorate.
Make it a priority to ban chronic anxiety from your life.
You likely have nothing to be anxious about at this moment — right now.
Your fears are based on the past or future that has no validation for the present. You’re anxious about nothing. Start to make these a daily practice:
- Learn to deep breathe when you feel anxious.
- Meditate in the morning and evening (yes, you can meditate).
- Get great sleep.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Schedule time to relax.
Living life in a state of chronic low-level anxiety is wasteful. It’s a waste of your energy, quality of life, and human potential.
The world needs your love and compassion, not “I’m anxious about everything.”
Control your anxiety and live the life you deserve.
