Have you ever wondered if the secret to eternal happiness lies in our ability to establish good habits for work and life?

In the high-speed train of life, the quest for productivity often leads to an overwhelming list of tasks, each screaming for attention. We pile our plates high, mistaking busyness for effectiveness, only to find ourselves trapped in a cycle of stress and unfulfillment.

The big problem?

Our relentless pursuit of ‘doing it all’ is holding us back.

Once upon a time, I fancied myself the ultimate multitasker, a veritable Swiss Army knife of productivity. I would dart from task to task with the grace of a caffeinated squirrel in a nut shop, convinced that every task was the golden ticket to peak efficiency. I was a living, breathing embodiment of continuous partial attention — a condition I didn’t even know had a name until I became its unofficial mascot.

My brain was running its own 24/7/365 diner, flipping tasks and always looking for the next shiny new distraction. It’s the digital age’s rendition of juggling, but instead of balls, I was hurling emails, texts, snippets of work, and everything else that would mildly stimulate my attention.
