The One Thing Better Than Caffeine (It Pains Me To Admit It)
I’m addicted to coffee.
I could sip the black nectar of the Gods all day. It’s the juice that gives your day the jolt you need to start your day the right way. But it’s far less superior to its counterpart, sleep. But wait!
Before you leave complaining, it’s another sleep essay; hear me out.
Sleep is far better than caffeine, nootropics, or any other supplement.
We’re always so quick to buy the next mental fix.
A fix for focus, an afternoon pick me up, and let’s not forget the pre-workout crazy powder. But we’re still failing to realize that investing in better sleep will eliminate our need to supplement for energy and focus (confession: I’ll still drink some coffee).
How do you feel when you get a great night’s sleep?
You feel amazing! You’re happy, energized, and ready to take on the world. You’re damn near an entirely different person. Your mental game is at its peak, words flow out of your mouth like a Stoic orator, and you feel incredible.
Instead of buying supplements to patch your poor sleep, invest your time and money in better sleep. It’s one of the best investments you can make in your life.
