Everyone want’s more revenue.

They move from one tactic to the next, trying to scrap a few extra dollars onto their dashboard. But, revenue, by itself, is a terrible goal. Companies that don’t focus on value-driven execution will always have lower revenue.

Here’s a simple formula to increase your revenue.

Revenue = Value x Execution (R=VxE)

Value is determined by the benefits a client derives from your product or service.

The bigger problems you solve for your clients, the higher your perceived value will be. Or the more value you deliver above your product or service price, the higher your perceived value.

Execution refers to how well a company executes on its company’s big objective and goals.

Before a company can execute, they must first determine how they’ll create immense value.

A few ways to do this is:

  • Know the client intimately.
  • Determine who your ideal client is.
  • Work to solve your client's most pressing issues.
  • Provide incredible customer support.
