Our office is dead, but our warehouse is booming.
The office is going to be a distant memory in 2021.
Our offices are now in the comfort of our own home, dropping the dreaded commute and office banter.
We must remain connected to our teams, building our culture, and seeing others in person, but cutting the “office” has removed a ton of waste from business systems.
