In grade school, my school built a seat for me that looked like the letter T.

The goal was when I got fidgety; the seat would become unstable and fall over, with me to follow.

I was, and still am, ADD.

The funny part is, it’s my superpower.

What’s an obstacle or weakness can be somebody’s greatest gift.

You gave a few examples of this, but the young woman who was working a part-time job and navigating a severe mental illness.

One, working while putting yourself through college is an incredible feat. It teaches you self-reliance, priorities, and what the real world has in store for you.

Job candidates that don’t have this experience will come off book smart and career dumb.

I’m projecting here, and this might not be the case for her, but with every problem, there’s an opportunity.

It’s seeing through this.

I do believe people are lazy, but what’s one person lazy is another person’s preferred life. Lazy is subjective.
