Before you embark on an ambitious health goal, or even better, a daily practice, know your big reason why.

It needs to be so big that any excuse you make looks ridiculous in comparison to it.

The next obstacle is convenience.

In a world that hand-feeds us five-star meals, we want everything easy.

Friction causes you to make excuses. “I don’t want to drive to the gym today.” “I don’t want to plan my workout.”

Friction allows you to be lazy.

Automation plays a crucial role in reducing friction– you only need to bring your body and energy to wherever you are.

Here’s how you’ll automate your exercise routine.

Schedule a morning wake-up routine. Do ten minutes every day when you wake-up.

Schedule a daily exercise routine. Some days you may go for a forty-five-minute walk, while other days, you’ll have the energy to do a high-intensity interval training routine.
