If You Want A Better Morning, Start With An Evening Routine
How do you feel the morning after a bad night of sleep?
You’re likely a miserable mess once your feet hit the ground. The best morning routines can never undo a lousy night of sleep.
Your health is the most important priority in your life because, without you, nothing else matters.
Dead is dead. Sick is sick.
Every great morning starts the night before.
The evening is when you can begin to destress from the day.
You set things aside and say, “I’ve completed my most important priorities for today and I’m grateful for that. Nows the time to give myself some mental space.”
It’s a great time to focus on your mind, body, and soul.
When you prioritize your evening, your morning routine becomes better.
Here’s my current Evening Routine that sets me up for an incredible Morning Routine:
- 5:45 pm — A healthy dinner that’s four hours before bedtime.
- 6:30 pm — Play, smile, and laugh with my family.
- 7:30 pm — Meditate, stretch, and ice plunge.
- 8:15 pm — CJC 1295 injection.
