Great post and I agree knowing they time of person you are is important. What’s even more important is the cultural fit. Everyone will fit in with every thing.

An example is a high-tech company being known to ask “what craft beer drinker are you?”

I’d likely get in more fights than is healthy within this type of culture.

Knowing who you are and also who you’re hiring is essential.

I also think people just need to toss their resume in the shredder and need to show what type of person they are.

I call it the value document and it vastly underused.
