Are You A Simplifier or Multiplier? How To Positively Transform How You Work & Deliver Value
Most people struggle with how they uniquely create value.
Over the years, I believed the best way to create value for other people was by making some form of connection and instantly and continually delivering value in that relationship. Think networking, sales, marketing, etc.
It’s true; that’s an excellent way to deliver value.
And I feel I’m damn good at sales and marketing, but being an ADHD introvert, I have a civil war that perpetually rages inside my brain.
I’ve always struggled with “networking” in large groups. However, because I now know where I deliver the most value, I no longer attend conferences or other events with a large group of people. I hate them. Despise them.
But others, maybe even you, shine in this area.
This is why it’s so important to know where you create value.
Are You a Simplifier?
In Dan Sullivan’s book Simplifier-Multiplier Collaboration, he defines simplifiers as people who “continually solve problems for themselves and then for others by transforming complicated situations into simple breakthroughs.”
