You’re always trying to sell something.

Whether it’s yourself, a product, service, or a vision of the future, sales is embedded into your daily life. When people say, “I don’t like sales,” what they mean is they’re comfortable with the status quo. They reject that life is sales and prefer to believe it doesn’t matter to them.

Sales touches every part of your life, whether you like it or not.

Developing micro-skills is essential for a successful, well-rounded life.

When you hear sales, you think of persuading someone to buy a product or service.

Sales is more than a “conversion.” It develops critical life skills that everyone should learn. Skills like persuasion, speaking, communication, negotiation, focus, goal setting, research, determination, development, deliberate practice, business acumen, handling rejection, resolving issues, among dozens more.

Without developing your sales skill, you neglect the development of crucial micro-skills.

Establish a daily practice.

Sales is about focus, effectiveness, and daily activity.
