A Simple Acronym To Help Plan Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams And Crush Your Goals.

The trouble with not having a goal is you can spend your life running up and down the field and never score. — Bill Copeland

Set the VISION for your next three years.

You won’t spend a ton of time on your vision. Unless you’re a dreamer. If so, then dream on.

A three-year goal of mine is being the best small business to work for in the Orlando area.

This vision connects me to many other goals as great people, make great executors.

Establish your STRATEGY for the next year with goals.

What can you do this year, to move you towards your vision?

Think hard about this.

  • What were the goals for the last year?
  • Were those goals hit or missed?
  • If the goals were missed, why?
  • What is the plan to drive metrics and get projects accomplished in the upcoming year?

Determine your quarterly PLAN to execute on those goals.

A goal without a plan is a dream.

The game is played on the field.

You’ll do this within the quarter.

  • What goals did you accomplish?
  • What are the goals for the next quarter?
  • Were those goals hit or missed?
  • If the goals were missed, why? Which goals require recommitment to complete?
  • What goals require revision?
  • Which goals do you need to remove entirely?
  • What is the plan to drive metrics and get projects accomplished in the upcoming year?

Focus on areas that will take advantage of opportunities, push back obstacles (limiting factors), and help avoid future threats.

There’s no sense sweeping issues under the rug. Own them!

REVIEW and prioritize your upcoming week to start hitting your quarter plan.
