These people are savages, but where does discipline come from?

It comes from the spark inside you. “Discipline is an internal force,” says Jocko Willink. The only person, and thing, you can control is you: your thoughts, your actions, your behaviors.

If you want to change your life, then you must focus on making yourself who you want to be:

Stronger, faster, smarter, funnier, more humble, whatever it is.

Discipline is what get’s you there.

On the days that are cold and hard, and the bed feels warm and cozy, discipline will be what helps you push through the excuses — to put in the work. To endure and become your best self.

These are four people I look to that help me stay focused and silence my inner b*tch (quote from Joe Rogan):

1/ Jocko Willink

Jocko Willink is a bad Mfer.

Just with his intense stare, he’ll crush your weak little body in the palm of his hands. But the man isn’t only a dominant-looking figure — he grinds.

Jocko wakes around 4:30 am when he knows everyone else is sleeping to put in the work.
