3 Critical Areas That Make or Break A Small Business

Small businesses win when they focus.

Which is why these three areas matter the most:

Sales

Duh! But I see many companies get this wrong. They’re so focused “in” the business, claiming “we’re so busy doing other things that we just can’t focus on going out and getting customer.”

It’s a death sentence or a case of month-by-month complacency.

Without sales, a business is nothing. Small businesses or any business must make sales a top priority.

Any excuse to make things a higher priority than sales is an excuse.

Distribution

If you can’t effectively distribute your product/service to your clients, what’s the point?

Or even worse, if you can’t get in front of them, all is lost.

You’re just another small business trying to pick up table scraps from whatever rolls your way.

Small businesses must prioritize distribution.

Hiring

At first, all small businesses start with a small team. But as you begin to leverage your sales and distribution systems, leaders become the single biggest failure point.
